Wedding Ceremonies

The beauty of a Humanist wedding ceremony is that you and your partner can get married wherever you like without any religious vows. Increasingly more people who are not religious want a wedding that is more personal than a civil or register office ceremony and a ceremony that is personalised.

A non-religious wedding ceremony means you have the opportunity to marry where you want, when you want and how you want. Our Humanist Celebrants use a unique wedding service that can be tailored to meet any couple’s needs. The service can be as formal or as informal as you like. We can also include stories about the wedding couple, for example how they met and use personal information to bring the service to life. Many couples choose to include their own special vows and of course they can choose their own music to make the ceremony perfect.

Humanist weddings are ideal for couples who would like:

  • A meaningful ceremony without any religion

  • To marry at a location that isn’t licensed for civil ceremonies

  • The freedom to put together a ceremony that is genuinely unique and personnel to them

  • To build a relationship with the Humanist Celebrant who will be conducting the ceremony

  • To celebrate their marriage with friends and family back home after a ceremony abroad.

"I Just wanted to say a special thank you for the service, it was so well presented and everyone commented how lovely it was. It was a really fitting tribute to our mam, and we really appreciate how you pulled it all together in such a short space of time. You managed to add so much to the bits we had given you and everyone was touched at being mentioned. It was really special. Thanks so much."...
